- In Cymetryc Desktop: Using the filter READY within MY TESTING was retrieving NOT READY test cases. The filter has been fixed to only include READY.
In SETTINGS, when a company has manage users enabled, the total # licenses/# active will now display above the user grid.
The total # licenses is the sum of licenses owned by the company, and the # active is the number users who are Active and Registered.

When the number of users who are active and registered goes beyond the total number of licenses owned, the numbers will display in red and the Cymetryc support team will receive an email notification.
Within the user grid, the email address can now be highlighted to right-click copy, which is helpful for troubleshooting and communication with STS.
To review your total number of licenses owned, please contact your STS Account Manager or email support@cymetryc.com
To request access to manage your own users, please email support@cymetryc.com
In ORCHESTRATE, updates have been made to keep the current filter settings when reviewing the edit filter options.
When Stage is set as the filter it is the only option checked, previously all 6 options would still be checked and need to be unchecked.
The options for date range filters has been updated to allow a ‘Last 30 Days’ or Custom date range, previously custom only allowed up to 30 day.
In PROOF, in Final Reports, any address field information entered is saved until the browser cache is cleared or user switches company.
The final report address information only displays after the user selects Final Reports from the Report Type dropdown.
This information is specific to the user signed in, it will not display for another user within the same company.
The address information will clear if :
• The user switches the company they are working under
• The user clears their browser cache
• A Cymetryc system update has taken place
In APPROVE, Once a test plan has been 100% approved with no failures, an email notification will now be automatically sent to the Event Owner and Secondary PM.
The Event Owner and Secondary PM can be defined within Orchestrate > Events > Details tab
The users defined to these fields will receive the notification email.
Note: if one of the users defined to these fields completes the testing they will not receive the email notification.
In Orchestrate and Verify, the tabs are better differentiated
New tab display in Orchestrate:
New tab display in Verify:
The tester now has the option to copy images to their clipboard from Verify Testing Guide
This option is now available within Results Viewer and Image Viewer by right-clicking on the image to display the available options.
When a tester completes testing of all test cases within a test plan, they will now be prompted to set test plan to Approve status before closing out of the Verify Testing Guide.
This will only display if all test cases within the test plan have been completed with a status of Passed, Failed, or Skipped
This will not display if any test cases have a status of Untested, InProgress or if the test plan stage is already set to Approve.
Within Create Note and Add Failure Note, the bug icons have been updated to include the text CREATE ISSUE and RELATE ISSUE.
Adding these labels helps testers remember to create an issue when they set a step to Fail.
A new display message tells a user the file they are attempting to attach as evidence is too big.
The file size limit for an attachment within the Verify Testing Guide as testing evidence is 30MB.
Within the Event tab, only Admin and Coordinators can delete an Event or Test Plan with new prompt to enter YES to confirm.
This adds a layer of security to limit this functionality to admin and coordinators level users.
Once a test plan or event have been deleted, it cannot be recovered. All testing evidence associated to a test plan will be deleted. Please delete test plans and events with caution.
