In SETTINGS, an admin user can now download an import template and import a list of users

In order to have access to the user list import template, the user’s company must be enabled to allow managing users. For more information about enabling this feature, please contact support@cymetryc.com

Use the new option to import users, first downloading the template to populate new users within the excel format, then importing.

Note: It is important to confirm the list of users imported, and add any that did not import. If a user’s information does not match the correct format or criteria, it will not import and will need to be added manually.

In VERIFY, the severity of an issue is now included within the body of the email notification.

The severity is now displayed after the Issue number.
